Our Center is non-profit, non-governmental organization; ICFER was founded in 1997 for the development of the environmental policy, laws, environmental , environmental health sciences, environmental engineering and environmental monitoring and protection. ICFER promotes the participation of lawyers, physicians, scientists and engineers, architect designers, different individuals, researchers and practitioners in environment protection.

The Center has developed and runs nature education programs, organizes local and national campaigns,  conducts meetings and producing publications, encouraging a broad membership of individuals from different disciplines, scientists and others interested in service to the environment.
