A&DG's engineering capabilities, an integral service of the group, consist of comprehensive expertise in building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire protection engineering; energy consulting; land planning; civil and infrastructure engineering and commissioning. We provide engineering services to clients in the recreation, commercial, education, and institutions.

A& DG's program management encompasses all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in. We bring our experience to the task of completing projects in the most productive, cost-efficient manner possible.

A & DG has been developing and refining methods and procedures to efficiently control time, cost and quality of an owner's construction program. We provide construction management services to clients in all markets including government, sports and commercial industries, and have completed projects for which we have accepted the risk of construction.

A & DG's commissioning services provide critical whole-system reviews and oversight necessary for achieving optimum building performance. Our commissioning specialists are focused on the way all the technical sub-systems are integrated and supposed to work together. Our process starts in concept design and continues in phases throughout the project timeline to post occupancy monitoring.

A&DG's planning and design services have supported our clients by creating environments through space planning, spatial formation, finishes and furnishings selection, building systems engineering and facilities management. Our diversified client base includes corporations, sports authorities, hotels and retailers, firms and public sector offices services to clients in the recreation, commercial, education, and institutions.
